The National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) is a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) program to increase highway safety by reducing accidents caused by driver medical conditions. The goal is to keep drivers safe.
The NRCME promotes the consistent application of FMCSA Medical Standards, Advisory Criteria and Guidelines thru mandatory medical examiner training and certification.
